I Speak Fluently in Movie Quotes

I love movies. And TV. And pretty much anything else that provides entertainment. But, even though I love movies/TV, I’m pretty picky. I don’t like scary movies, or overly dramatic TV {think Grey’s Anatomy}. I prefer my TV to be funny and my movies to either have action or romantic humor.
I tend to watch my favorite movies and shows over and over again. One summer, I watched You’ve Got Mail every day. That ain’t no joke. Literally, every day. Here are some of my favorite {most used} movie/show quotes ::
1. hello, mcfly – Back to the Future
2. can you deal with that? – Meet the Parents
3. not that there’s anything wrong with that – Seinfeld
4. there’s no crying in baseball – A League of Their Own
5. you’re killing me smalls – Sandlot
Funny enough, I say those last two quotes to Julia and Hannah so much that I think they have them memorized.
Do you have a favorite movie quote?

Wow, I had no idea you were also fluent. Its so annoying when I’m “speaking” to someone and they gave no clue what I was talking about. Fortunately, my children and sister are also fluent. Sandlot is one we refer to quite often and probably will for-ev-er! For-ev-er! (ala Squints). It seems like our “Sandlot” speak is stronger in the summer. We often refer to the pool hotties especially since I’ve been coming here every summer of my adult life, and every summer there she is oiling and lotioning, lotioning and oiling… I can’t take this no more!
Anyway, I’m glad you told me, it took you long enough, my clothes were going out of style!
I enjoy all of your Instagram pics watching your beautiful family grow. Give Jonathan a big hug for me and tell him not to be an L7 weenie.
Love you guys!! ~Sylvia

haha, I do this a lot, too. “The Emperor’s New Groove” is a good one for quotes. When someone throws me off my course, I love to say, “Nahhhh, you threw off my groove!!!!”
